Good quality and the right flavour. The fat was apt in the mutton that gave a very good flavour when cooked. We did not know the mutton had some ginger and garlic paste added to it and it kind of overpowered our curry because we added additional. A list of ingredients should be mentioned on the site or at least on the packaging or you should have a small blog to show how to cook the meat. The overall packaging was nice.
