This is the first time I had a chance to taste the ayirai thokku. I thought it would be salty and sour. But to my surprise the thokku was very tasty. I will recommend this to my all my friends and relatives.
Though the taste was good, the spice (Karam) was less for me.
Suggest you may prepare in 3 options as spice level "Normal", "Medium", and "High".

மூன்று வாரத்திற்கு முன்பு வாங்கினேன் மிகவும் அருமையாக இருந்தது, ருசி மிகவும் அருமை. வயிற்றுக்குஎந்த ஒரு பிரச்சினயும் இல்லை. நான் ஃப்ரிட்ஜில் வைத்துதான் பயன்படுத்தினேன் எந்த ஒரு ருசியும் மாறவில்லை முதல் சாப்பிட்டது போன்றே இருந்தது.
